All Sinomarin® products are 100% natural hypertonic
seawater solutions that contain 2.3g/l salt (NaCl).
The
hypertonic solution, acts by drawing-out excess water from
the mucous membranes –through osmosis- reducing the space
the swollen tissues occupy in the nasal cavities in
addition to diluting the viscous, sticky mucous that has
